I am Stacey Elliott, a freelance web designer/developer doing business under the assumed name of Sugar Webs since 2005. I am certified through the International Webmasters Association and have been working with Joomla! Open Source Content Management System since 2009.

I believe in "function before fashion." Please do not be mistaken, this does not mean that I don't want my websites to meet the client's design expectations (look pretty) but to be sure that the website "works" and the design is appropriate, not overdone. In this age of multiple devices, function beats out fashion every time.
